I joined Green Flag thinking it was a reputable company and after reading several good reviews I thought I was in good hands. How wrong was I?
I had the unfortunate event of not being able to start my car at my home address. I called Green Flag who said that someone would be with me within the hour. Indeed they were but it wasn't Green Flag. It was a contractor who arrived with very limited tools!
He couldn't get my car going and spent just 7 minutes looking at it before leaving. My cover supplies a courtesy car should this happen but customer services wouldn't supply one!!
The next day, my friend looked at my car - it was a 15amp fuse for the fuel pump which had blown. Something which you would expect Green Flag to diagnose!
I am currently in a big dispute with the company and would say to anyone - JOIN THE AA
