Horrible service. Never and ever try this website. If you need customer service god help you. They made a mistake to me and I almost lost 600$ and no help yet. Customer service is in Cairo, Egypt with a bunch of agent that not only can's speak English but also they have no knowledge at all about what are they doing. Fro any simple question they put you on hold for long time and then they come back with no answer. Highly unrecommended.

I didn't lose so much, but their response to my complaint was a big fat nothing. They didn't even acknowledge that I'd emailed them (several times), let alone even apologise or offer to reimburse me for the extra cost I suffered, thanks to their phone operator's error.
