Fantastic - Although I am moving away from Ecotricity, it is only due to the meter that I am on and they cannot support the flexi heat tariff. This was not informed to me when I signed up, so over the past 2 years I paid more than I should have. When the error was noticed they were so helpful and friendly. They even refunded us without any questions. I could not fault their customer support - the best I have ever received. I am sad to leave the company as I agree with their values. They are also reasonable price, compare to the larger companies. Overall, if you have a Flexi heat meter - Ecotricity will not be able to supply your home. Apart from that - as a started off - they were Fantastic.
