Please keep the Justabank name, I see a future where the concept you have begun will flourish. Justabank should become more than what it is now, it may at some time become a peoples bank and take deposits and savings. Mutuality should be its motto. At present I like to be able to contact someone and know that that person will respond will an appropriate response which will help me. I do like the offers of help with home insurance but please get some competition going. I think that you should look at helping people save, cutting debt helps but sometimes you need money for things like car repairs, washing machines, you seem to understand that, but are unable at present to do anything practical to help. Whatever you do, thank you for what you have done and good wishes for the future. Thank you
