This was the first time I'd used the Whisky Exchange. The ordering process was fully automated with dispatch 2 days after the order, and delivery by Parcelforce the day after. The tracking number was emailed on dispatch - this works well. Engraving on the Johnnie Walker Blue Label bottle appears just as shown on the bottle. Didn't find the web site the easiest to search and selecting "edit the engraving" at a late stage led to a second bottle ordered - which I just deleted. Excellent whisky selection, excellent service, web site just needs a few tweaks.
