I have ordered and paid Paul Simon Croydon over £2,000!
I now wish I spent triple the price at John Lewis. Paul Simon is the worst shop I have experienced in my life. All staff are rude, aggressive, incompetent and lazy, EXCEPT for one or two people!
I spent nearly £800 on curtains, waited more than 6 weeks for them to arrive to which they were all wrong!
When confronting the manager Janet, she was very hard and reluctant to believe the orders were incorrect. After a heated discussion with an excuse of an assistant manager called Fran, Janet honoured me replacements. After going to collect them they are still wrong. I personally think it was done deliberately. How could staff be so incompetent?!!!
When complaining to Head Office a so-called customer relations manager she was ten times worse than the staff at Croydon. I am totally appalled at the services I have received from this store and beg everyone not to ever buy anything from here.
I am surprised that this store survived the recession!
The Office of Fair Trading will be contacted and I will formally complain about this store.
The store has not complied with the Consumer Act 1987 (amends), and have gone against my statutory rights.
Head Office should be sacked and new staff should be employed.
