Was taken Ill in Austria, thankfully I had my E111 card so most costs went through that but still had to pay £400. Made the claim when I got back, sent in all medical reports, reciepts etc etc.
Took almost 2 months for them to recognize the claim, then asked a multitude of questions even though they had my full medical reports.
Almost more hassle than its worth, please please please never use this company.
