I have been a member at Peterborough Bannatyne gym for nearly a year, the creche closed down 3months after joining, the changing rooms are often closed and have to use the mens!!!! the Water in the vending machines is always SOLD OUT, and recently broken my wrist and have tried on severall occasions to cancel contract, but get this £75 ADMIN FEE and one months single membership fee £49 when i have just paid £80 joint membership fee!! ..what a JOKE.. i think i have written them 4 letters now and about 7 telephone calls maybe i should charging these rediculos companies outrageous admin fees for my time, call charges, ink and paper!! They hurry you to sign up and even text you as soon as you leave after enquiring about membership but they dont like letting go!! i wonder why!!
