I bought bunny blonde hair extensions, they were too yellow for me. A representive told me to use a purple shampoo on my hair. in doing so it staind my hair purple. Now my extensions are ruined. I wrote back to headkandy letting them know what happened. I asked them for a new pair or a refund since they told me to use the shampoo. They refused and said they would offer me a 10% discount instead.... Now why would I buy from them again when I just wasted $200.00 on hair I never even had a chance to try on? I have owned other brands for extensions and NEVER had this problem before. ONLY HeadKandy has stained my hair, and they are the most expensive.

To be honest that is your fault, you left the purple shampoo on for too long, you should of used the shampoo on the extentions for like a couple of minutes. When i had white blonde hair used purple shampoo on my extentions for several mninutes and it was fine they had a slight purple tinge that died down after a while.

So yeah to be honest that's your fault, you should of been more careful, plus ALL hair extentions would do that, hair reacts in the same way you just didn't do it right.

first of all, as many have stated it's not a fault to headkandy whether they told you to do it or not. At the end of the day you were the one who placed the purple shampoo on your hair extentions so it was you choice even though headkandy may of played a tiny role into this mistake. i'm not suprised they didn't refund you your $200 as you ruined your extentions yourself im pretty sure headkandy wouldn't want your leftovers. ive owned my headkandy hair extentions (manhattan highlights) for 1 year and they're in tip-top condition, you were clearly unlucky with them and now you've learned not to use this sort of shampoo on blonde hair exentions again. But you were silly not to research before going ahead with the process then maybe this wouldn't of happened. So kicking up a fuss about headkandy all for nothing when it was your actions which distroyed your hair extentions, sorry love!
