Everything looked fine until recently when I have experienced loss of internet connection on daily basis. This was unmanageable and even after my escalation no one really cared about the quality of service. But instead I received an email saying that if I need a technician to come I have to cover the costs, etc. After 1 month no one came and I have decided to break the agreement (They charged me additional £111) and have moved to Virgin Media fibre optics. I have a reliable internet once again.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
