I ordered two AEG hobs from the Redhill Appliances web site on the 5th March. Chased after 1 month and was told they would be there in a few days. Twice received confirmation that they were being delivered only to receive call day before to say they are not on the van. Customer service was generally rude and unhelpful when I called - a "nothing we can do about it" attitude. Finally spoke to the manager who gave me a 99% guarantee it would be delivered at the end of the week (only thing stopping it would be AEG van breaking down). Once again didn't arrive. Spent hours on the phone to them and have ultimately cancelled the order (over a week ago). It's costing me extra to have new electrical supply put in due to their continual delays and ultimate failure and to cap it all I am still waiting for the refund to come through. My next step will be to see what legal action is open to me.
Personally I will never buy anything from this company again.
