I was travelling on business with Ryanair and didnt actually pay the fare myself but my company did so I wasnt looking for a really cheap fare. But to get to the check in desk and then to be told that I had to now pay for luggage for a larger than normal briefcase was not the end of the world but to be told I had to leave the queue I had been stood in for 20 minutes to go elsewhere to pay the extra £5 charge and then to start queueing again really did annoy me and the whole experience didnt improve from there on in it was just awful, staff attitude stank, courtesy was non existant. Yes I was travelling on a cattle class fare but that is not a reason for being treated like an animal!
