I value the clear concise correct advise and information given to me. From day one whoever I have spoken to treat me respectfully and nonjudgmental and I felt at ease speaking to them.whenever I have contacted payplan via website I have always had an immediate reply and I know they always there if I need help with anything abit like having a good friend.It has made a significant effect on our lives knowing our debts are being payed off and payplan have dealt with our creditors.If I had have known about the support I would have received and the respect shown to me I would have made contact with payplan earlier.
