“The battery terminals on my phone came away from the...”

The battery terminals on my phone came away from the main circuit board, I took my phone back to O2 as is was still under warranty, apparently this fault is not covered and they wanted about £80 to repair it, and it would take about 2 weeks. The Fun FoneShop repaired it and returned it within 3 days for £25. Excellent customer service, quick response to emails and repair carried out as quoted.
