I agree with one of your previous reviewers, a zero star rating would be entirely justified for Budget Car Insurance. I've seen other review sites where you rate the website, ease of use, etc, but what's the point of that if they stitch you up as soon as they've got your bank details. I sent my proof of no claims and they claim never to have received them, and so doubled my monthly premium. When I told them to stuff their policy they said thank you very much, that will cost you a year's premium plus £75. I swear they were enjoying it. At no time did they apologise for any distress caused, I was just told tough luck, read the small print.
