So far I've been really pleased with every transaction with Next on-line.I ordered a cardigan recently that was very big for the size it was meant to be and they sent me another in that size in case it had been wrongly labelled and a smaller size. They didn't charge for the extra p+p and the goods arrive next day. Their clothing is good quality and mid price range.
