Access: I just signed on, and it took only a few moments to set it up and get it running. I had a question, contacted the moderator, and heard back within minutes. He was courteous, welcoming and helpful. We haven't actually recycled anything yet, but so many folks on this review page have had trouble with the registration process I wanted you to know this was not my experience today.

**Please note the rating only pertains to the question of access, as very few respondents described the recycling aspect of the site.

How did you sign up ? I have ben trying for over an hour and I just get sent back and forth between google and yahoo and can't access yahoo help because they want me to give a security question but i haven't got one so then they say reset your password but i reset it and i get the same questions over and over again. I'm so frustrated so if you could possible tell me how you did it i'd be very grateful
