what a con of a company premier plan mobile phone insurance is. Sent my phone off to be repaired received back only to find i had been sent a reconditioned phone that would not accept my sim card. had to send the phone back to be told would have to wait 10 days to receive a new phone. 10 days have now been and gone and despite daily phone calls to this company, im still getting nowhere as regards to getting a new phone or a solution just keep being told they are waiting on the phones coming into stock. Close to 30 days with no phone now cannot understand why bother to pay insurance when i have all this hassle to just get the thing repaired, would have been a cheaper and easier process to just have done this all myself. i have reported the company to Watchdog and seeing as a lot of other people seem to be having problems i would you do the same. also contacting trading standards because everything about this company is terrible including the customer service. who you have to argue with just to speak to a manager. will let you know how i get on regarding this but if i was you i would cancel my policy a.s.a.p.
