Ordered for one on 9-may-2011, it's still on warehouse for 2-3 days without getting dispatched despite its released. misleading emails or responses from customer care so far, Not sure whether i will receive tracking number after a few days wait or Order cancellation message.



Customer Service rating would have been 0 or 1 if not for one person who attended and solved the price match query. otherwise its damn need improvement all over.



Website or your account link never gets updated nor gives you any info.



Apart from 'mechanical voice' Apologies, nothing you will get to know.
