First of all I feel I need to say that I never write reviews but have made an exception in this case, and wish I had read those of others before I usedd this site. I placed an order for Prada sunglasses which were on a 3-5 day wait. Accidently I ordered them twice as I thought the first order hadn't gone through. Phoned the company to explain and was told not to worry and that one would be refunded immediately. This not yet been done after 3 weeks later of waiting. Also after chasing the sunglasses several times they have now informed me that they dont have them. Still waiting for both transactions to be refunded. Ordered them elsewhere and had no problems.
