I needed to sell my 5 year old 4x4 and buy something more economical. I had had a few tiresome experiences with car salesmen and went to Unbeatable Car expecting the same waffle from them.

They very kindly looked at my car, test drove it and gave me a price before I had decided on which car I was going to buy (compared to Car Giant who wouldn't even guess at a trade in price until I had committed to buying one of their cars).

The car I bought is fabulous and just what I was looking for, it did have a minor problem with it but I took it back in and Martin in the workshop bought in the part and got it fitted as quickly as he could. He gave me a car to use in the meantime.

I trusted the people I dealt with and appreciated the lack of hard sell.
