King & Allen are a first class company. My suit is vastly superior to any off-the-peg products I've bought (e.g., Hugo Boss, Aquascutum and Austin Reed) and I have been disappointed by a bespoke suit made by another tailor in the past.



From start to finish, I found Stephen (the tailor) and Charlotte (client services) to be knowledgeable, fastidious, professional and accommodating. I wanted the suit in time for a wedding - King & Allen expedited its production slightly (without charge) and ultimately delivered as promised. I had 4 fittings and given their numerous sites across the City, it was easy to get the appointments. The range of fabrics is excellent, the cut is superb and the prices very reasonable. Indeed, I have got used to people asking me where I got the suit whenever I wear it!



Having worn the suit 'properly', I require my non-watch sleeve to be lengthened slightly (I am very particular!) - I have quickly secured an appointment to have this done and have not been charged for this further adjustment. It is most comforting that King & Allen partner with the client until they are 100% satisfied with their garment.



I highly doubt such quality is available elsewhere at King & Allen prices. Assuming this level of tailoring and service is maintained, I will buy all my suits from King & Allen in future.
