Teleflora did not deliver my flowers for mother's day. They don't answer emails and they promise to have a supervisor call who never does. I had to spend hours trying to get my money refunded. It sounded like a call center and they refused to give the number to the headquarters. As I look over the internet ratings, I find that I'm not the only one. So many people have been scammed. I even found complaints from florists saying that they were never paid. This company is bad, bad, bad. Stay away and definitely do not depend on them for an important delivery!
