Avoid at all costs. We booked a fair from London to Brisbane in August 8 months in advance. 2 days before we were about to leave we received a call from lastminute.com to say that the flights have been cancelled and our fares would be refunded. We called the airline (China Air) to find out why the flighta had been cancelled. They told us that they had informed lastminute.com over 3 weeks previously and had also given alternative flights - none of this information was conveyed to us. We ended up spending an additional £500 on alternative flights. To make matters worse it has taken over 10 phone calls in an attempt to get our money back from the cancelled flights - which we still do not have. The most appalling costumer service and incompetent company i have dealt with - never again.
