Poor service, and AWFUL customer services. I tolerated the 1 month+ delivery time despite immediate payment.. However after a patient wait for my 9 items, the box arrives with glass rattling around inside-postman strongly advised me to refuse it, so a replacement could be quickly dispatched. I emailed Brandalley as well asking for an exchange-no reply. After a week I emailed them again, again ignored, managed to get through on the phone, and without apology I am told that I will be refunded! (despite twice requesting an exchange & presumably the remaining items-some of them long awaited gifts were intact in my box)annoyed, I reordered a couple of items taking advantage of last weekends free delivery offer, however I have been charged delivery, and I am still waiting for the original refund!
