I have read some of the other comments and think maybe some are a little harsh. Ive been with these guys 5 months now and when my boiler broke down they had the heating engineer there the same day. I have twin baby boys and if they hadnt got the heating sorted so quickly I would had to find somewhere to stay. Maybe they have improved.
