My flight no. was UL889 from Beijing to Bangkok on May08, 2011. We were a group of 21 people flew with Srilankan Airlines. This was my the worst experience, the staffs were very rude and has attitude. I was asking for a blanket for my sick nice and they kept us waiting for half an hour. When I decided to walk and tell them that I still need the blanket and they said they were out of it. They should better told us at the first place but they didn't and kept us waiting. The worst thing was one of the stuffs name "Julia" (or something that similar) was very rude and had bad attitude. I was told she was the new crew but how they trained the bad attitude people to do the job for servicing.
Moreover, food was very bad taste, and also bad service, rude and ignorance. I recommend you to choose the other airline. I know this is the good deal airline but the worst experience gave me to pay more next time. You get what you paid for!

Oh my God!!!!!!!!!! Are you being serious??? You were travelling all over Asia and couldn' t get to 100 pounds??? I'm really surprised of how good they've treated you....in a third world country I would expect them to kick you off the airport...... and you're bleiming them of the fact that they charged you 100 quid??? You should say thank you to them....hopefully you've learnt for next time...
