This is the most atrocious management company I have ever witnessed. After 4 years of overpriced fees, terrible problem solving and communication and various issues never resolved we contacted the other leaseholder who sublets the flat above out, to our complete non surprise he has had the exact same issues. Bear in mind we are only 2 flats it has taken them 4 years to fix a gutter and its still ongoing.



This company and all they are linked with are complete money grabbers and offer appalling service, they do absolutely nothing to manage your flat and just send wave after wave of unexplained charges, hence we are now seeking RTM to remove them once and for all

I Agree 100%!! I am SO ANGRY at this company!! I have even written to watchdog as i dont know what else i can do!!! They are the worst company i have EVER heard of including their staff!! No replys, nothing EVER fixed!!
USELESS!!!!!
