The worst service that I've possibly ever encountered anywhere, in terms of customer interaction as well as otherwise. The bike I ordered was quoted to arrive within 5-7 days, and it's now been one day short of three weeks. They refused to track the bike until it was almost a week late, and take on average two days to reply to emails. At the moment they seem to have no idea when I can expect the bike to arrive, and after promising a 48 hour delivery (after the bike being returned to them because of their mistake), they've now stopped replying to me entirely.
I would pay extra any day to avoid having to deal with these people ever again.
