DO NOT USE!



Took up insurance on installments with a total cost of £420, after paying the first installment, I lost my Job so called budget to cancel the insurance. I was told that to cancel the insurance would cost over £300! I decided to carry on trying to make the monthy payments as could not afford to cancel.



I then get a letter shortly after the 3rd installment was due saying that my Insurance had been cancelled due to non payment of the 3rd installment. They did not contact me to advise the missed payment despite having my email address, mobile and home phone number. I now have to find £272 pounds to pay them because they choose to cancel the insurance, making the total more than the initial premium. I called them and asked them to reinsate the insurance but they could not do this. I would have to pay the £272 and then take at a new policy with them, I told them what they can do with that!
