“unreliable - items not in stock when they say they are...”

unreliable - items not in stock when they say they are and terrible communication telling you this!



placed order as it said item was in stock and would be delivered next day. however checked delivery status on day of delivery and it said 10 days until delivery, so I called customer services to be told the item would not be in stock for another 12 days "didn't you get an email telling you this?" NO! so asked for a refund to be told could take 3-10 days to show on statement, great, now can't even order it elsewhere until the refund goes through.
