We booked a so-called all inclusive holiday to a five-star Egyptian resort with Broadway Travel and it turned out to be the worst thing we ever did. First of all, we questioned the hotel's five-star status. It was awful. The hotel all-inclusive bar had just one person serving, there were long queues and when you eventually did get served, they'd not got the drinks you wanted or the mixers needed. The all-inclusive bar was filthy and uncomfortable, not enough seating for those who tried their luck in getting a drink, the only other all- inclusive bar was crawling with biting ants. Needless to say, the pay bars were always fully stocked, very comfortable but vastly over priced. It was the worst holiday we had ever had...and of course, Broadway wash their hands of all complaints no matter how valid. I wouldn't have put any stars in Broadway's favour, but the fields are mandatory so I've had to. Buyer Beware.

So why is this Broadways fault. This could happen with who ever you booked with.
