Purchased quantity of Goods, I received goods in two packages with no documents that each package contained, Items were missing that I presumed were to follow, after a few weeks I phoned Nesbits who told me I had not complained that goods were missing within 7 days of delivery, this was impossible as they never were delivered nor did I receive documents suggesting that they should have been, I contacted Nesbits several times but got the same silly answer each time, I then called Nesbits to come and lift the appliance that were to use the missing product as it was no use without the missing parts as it was unopened and still In new condition and was told they would only pay back 75% of what I paid for it, I will not deal with this company again as I feel like they just took money from my bank and did not deliver the goods and were not prepared to check their stock or try to find out why one of their customers was charged for goods that was not delivered.

I have phoned nesbits telling them as to what I am putting in this review and they say they are now giving me a full refund on the appliance put will not reimbursing me for the missing items.
