I found the Havens website easy to follow and all their items described clearly. I didn't have to search to find delivery charges and when checking out my bill came to exactly what I expected it to, there were no hidden charges. My goods were delivered when they said they would be and in the condition I expected them to be delivered in. Overall a really smooth transaction and will use again.
