Do not touch with a barge poll. terrible company and will no doubt be out of business very soon, if they treat all of their customers like they have me. When I took out a policy they charged me twice, then took 3 days to even acknowledge me as a customer, and could not find me on their system, even though they emailed me my cover note.
Call centre staff are arrogant. Took over a week to get a refund for the over paid fee, and when I went to cancil my breakdown cover,because of the way I was treated,they told me there is a cancilation fee of £15 which is almost all of the original cost of the policy. Will be going to complain to Trading standards, Watch dog and the FSA
