Never ever in my life will i book with Hays Travel again. Two years running i have done this and two years running i have not received my inflight meals voucher. Why did you book again i hear you ask, well nothing to do with me, this was booked with one of the other family members. I have now threatned legal action and also went to a national newspaer as this is not about sitting eating a meal on a flight but the £66 they have taking from us. As i am writing this, still no vouchers and this has been booked since January. Customer Service are actually quite plesant and appear to want to help you, but each time you are looking for paperwork to arrive, its the 'admin dept' that deals with that and they wont allow you to speak with them. So hundreds of emails and (expensive) calls that tests your patience....
Yes, Hays are vlaue for money but the stress? who needs that amount one company can put upon you. You are suppose to be relax free. I shall no doubt have to buy the vouchers once again but this time from Balkan themselves. Only this time, i will continue to take on Hays, even if it does happen to be through the small claims court...
