Our 37" panasonic plasma tv developed a fault more than 3 years after purchase. Had to use John Lewis's 5 year guarantee which involved an independent inspection of the set confirming it was beyond economical repair. John Lewis sourced a brand new 42" replacement set for us & had it delivered promptly. Great customer service .
