British Airways is better than most airlines, but if you have any customer service issues good luck! They do NOT have a call center to handle customer issues - you must e-mail them. They don't have any live person to take your call!! That's the opposite of customer service.
They are a decent airline, but I rated them low because I did have an issue with a flight and was unable to resolve it at two different airports (including their hub - LHR), and was referred online to resolve it! I could not believe it.
Bottom line is that I will continue flying with them, but with low expectations! :)
