I have a a friend who has been using this card from my landline..Imagin my surprise even though he's topped it up regularly,I now find that i've been charged for all the calls he has made.

DON'T USE THIS CARD.TOO MANY HIDDEN CHARGES!!!

Same here. Used my Tesco card. Every single call was charged full BT rate....

This is really bad that even though they put yellow sign says no hidden charges! on the card!!

We are charged to our BT line for £28 pounds extra.
We were shocked!! We thought Tesco were big trusting company!! We don't trust this company anymore!

Same thing happened to me !!!! After following their clear 3-STEP ACCESS Instructions on the back of the card, I found out that by dialling through 020 - I was being charged fully by BT to connect & for the length of my overseas calls !!!! After calling Customer Care, they said that by dialling through 0800 - you avoid all charges !!!!! ( BUT IT'S NOT MENTIONED AS PART OF THE CLEAR 3-STEP ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS !!!!!! ). I'm now following it up with Legal action !!!!
