Ok, so you've got to admire the discounts you get on their website but is it really worth buying?



Ordered so many things from argos - for choice and that, placed about 4 large orders and returned most of the things due to poor quality. I bought this rocco inspire mirror in gold and it came a cheap plastic thing - extremely poor quality - all that for £69.99? no thanks. Returned about nearly all of my orders argos owes me about £300 and i am still awaiting a refund.



Emailed them about this straight away said sorry and refund should be in your account because we sent it to you -LIARS! Checked account - no money, no refund! Phoned them. Insisted refund had been processed and stressed it would take 7 working days - all they want is your money - we are like banks,they take our money and give it back when they feel like it - except i am still waiting. I am going to ask for compensation.



Has anyone else ever experienced such lengthy and poor customer service when returning goods bought online? - it is a DISGRACE!
