i am in the process of now involving the ministry of justice to help me sort out the mess and shambles belmont thornton are or claim to be as a ppi recovery company !! they claim to say they will act on your behalf in all good interest but they never ring any company for any clarification of your payments recieved also at present they wont ring m.o.j to confirm that they are looking into my case before acting upon and belmont thonton are now bombarding me with emails as well as sms messages for late payment for their fees / invoice and are threatening me with further costs if they hand my case to debt collection company even though i have always stated that i would pay invoice in full if correctly costed . i would advise anybody NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY

we are having the same problem, did you ever get this resolved? we are now getting letters from a debt collection agency yet weve not received any money back yet. not really going to pay for something weve not had

God we have just been told we are getting 7,500 gb pounds but they are taking 2,500 of it! They want there fee now but we haven't recieved the money!!
Surely they get the cheque then deduct their fee then pay us?? Not rocket science!!
This is begining to sound very dodgy!! Please keep us informed!
