PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE BROADYWAY this shower of s@@t will take your money leave you WITHOUT a holiday and then give you lots of reasons why they can not refund you yet and will not tell you when they can 10 months now they have had my money and still no refund they tell me i should seek legal advise to get my money back that i worked hard for without conning anyone

Did you have kiss flights??? We are still waiting for £1000 from them since august 2010-I've written to watchdog today and am writing to the press-so called ATOL protected!!! Hope you get some luck soon, they keep fobbing us off saying it's the CAA's fault-NOT true, we know lots of people who have had refunds but they were sensible and didn't use this ridiculous company! Never again will I use or recommend them to anyone.
