As a domain name registrar, 123-reg may just scratch the surface for the level of service they provide. Anything else their general lack of real human communication is most annoying. For example, much of their company seems to rely upon heavily automated systems which, fail to address the more personable nature required when performing customer service duties. Many people I have spoken with within this sector often agree without reserve that 123-reg has a very bad reputation across the board which unfortunately can only emphasis my disrespect for the company. I would have liked to know before my purchase, how easy is is to set an expiry date for each domains on an account. A matter not discussed in emails sent by 123-reg, but only briefly mentioned during the signup process (now years ago) thus, for obvious reasons as a consumer you feel cheated. 123-reg must improve its services else I personally will be transferring all my domains to another register.
