Terrible 247 blinds - blinds ordered 6th April and have still not arrived despite numerous phone calls. Initially told the blinds were "on the lorry" and would be delivered that day, no blinds arrived then told they would arrive the following tues then wednesday then thursday and they are still not here! Customer Service is not on this companies agenda whatsoever, rude, unapologetic and blamed their suppliers/factory. I have just bought a house and made an order for just one room to check out quality - due to these ongoing problems i will be purchasing curtains and blinds for the rest of my house elsewhere.
