“Scam! Avoid! I paid my fee of £9.95 for my unlock...”

Scam! Avoid! I paid my fee of £9.95 for my unlock code and almost immediately received an email saying the phone could not be unlocked. So why did they take my money in the first place. I had to give details of the phone and network operator when i requested the unlock code. Surely at that point they knew they could't unlock.

Still waiting for that refund!
