I have had terrible service from Southall Travel. Clearly these members are incompetent in their jobs. I have written to the Managing Director and failed to receive a response.
Southall Travel has one aim and that is to sell, sell and sell without due care and attention for the clients. When bookings result in complaints, nobody takes this forward. Staff members are very reluctant to give details of mangers. What are clients expected to do?

We also had incredibly bad service with this company. Staff were rude and unhelpful, lied about what they were doing to help solve queries and were happy to send us off on a flight with incorrect names on the tickets due to their error - their solution was for us to call them from immigration if there was a problem. We eventually had to get ABTA involved to sort things out.

I am having a very bad experience with Southall Travel as well. We gave them the entire booking amount 1 month before but till now they havent send us our final tickets. They keep telling us some or the other excuses each time I called/mailed them. Only yesterday the operator asked me if I cud change my travel dates by 2 - 3 days !!!!. I m very annoyed that they havent booked my tickets inspite of doing the booking 3 months back. They r gud for nothing, they just keep the money and their staff is def not helpful at all.
