Except for the little issue with the money tranfer (' - pound), we had a perfect buying experience. The tools themselves exceeded all expecations: they are light-weighted, easy to use, don't hurt the material and the batteries last forever. Once the batteries are finally exhausted, they can be recharged in 30 minutes. One of the best internet deals ever!
