Unfortunately our experience with Molly Maid was not a good one and the team that was sent in to clean our home left it 'wiped down' as opposed to cleaned.

The team leader came back the next day and I walked her through the areas that I wasn't happy with - she was with me for 3/4 of an hour - we live in a 3 bed semi.

Their attempt to clean my house was lacking attention to detail on almost every level to the point where I asked them to use my own hoover, signed a disclaimer allowing them to use bleach, offered my own cleaning products to do the job that theirs clearly couldn't, showing them how I expect my floors to be cleaned (right up to the edges!!), how to clean a stainless steel sink/bathroom sinks/taps/plugholes so they shine, showing them how to clean tiling in the kitchen, scrub the shower enclosure etc. When they came back to rectify these points the next day, I'm afraid they still hadn't completed all the areas I'd highlighted and we terminated our contract immediately.
