Bought sports clothes worth £ 117.75 and not received the product in Brazil. The company claims that as I made contact after 30 days they do not return the money. Absurd.

Please can you confirm as to why you have not contacted us earlier to advise that you have not recieed your goods as we have a disclaimer on our site to advise that you need to report any missing goods with in 30 days of despatch if this is not reported with in 30 days then we will not be held liable fo rthe shipment.

This strikes me as absolutely bizarre as if you call up before a certain amount of days they tell you \"It hasn't been long enough to make a claim, wait X days\" But if you call them up X days later you're told \"It's too late to make a claim, you only had X days\" - That window is probably 7 days, which not everyone has the time for, especially if you're in Brazil where time zones are different.
I'm sorry for your loss and bad experience, I hope you received your money. Don't put it past going to your bank and requesting a chargeback.
