I had the pleasure of temping for Hays as a recent graduate. I was sent for many unsuitable job interviews and after one particular instance which lasted 5 minutes (the client clearly also had no desire for his time to be wasted), I was called in to discuss my "interview technique" by a girl no older than I who had also recently graduated. She advised me to not wear my glasses, put on earrings and wear more make-up. I thought interviews were to assess my suitability for a job not for a date. Clearly I was misguided. Hays are basically a bunch of fools.
